What are your standard payment terms? Client decides payment arrangements.
Who exactly will be shooting my video? Do you use subcontractors? No Subcontractors! The owner and employees of the company will film your wedding.
Will I get the master tape? How many copies come with the package? No. We keep the master tape for promotional purposes. If the client wishes to acquire the raw un-edited footage, this can be given via DVD copies for an extra charge..
Will you attend the rehearsal? the rehearsal dinner? Yes .
What is your event cancellation policy? 2 weeks notice.
What is your customer satisfication cancellation policy? Client may make any changes to final video 1 time with no extra cost. Thereafter, editing charges will apply. .
What kind of lighting do you use? Why did you choose this equipment? wireless on-camera lighting is used.
How would you describe your style -- cinematic, documentary, or a mix of both? We like both styles, but we focus more on the cinematic style.
Can I have my wedding on DVD? Is this included in the standard package or an extra charge? How much? Always on a DVD.
What other services or special effects do you offer? How much is the cost? Very subtle effects are used. Graphics are used, but not over-used. We don't like the "cheesy" graphics.
Is editing included in the standard package? If extra, how much is the cost? Yes.
What makes you different from other local videographers? Why should someone hire you? Our filming style! We use smooth gliding camera techniques that give a beautiful perspective. .
How many wedding videos do you typically produce at a time? How many weddings do you work each year? We only book 1 wedding per date to ensure the quality of our work. We never hire people right off the street. We usually book around 20-30 weddings per year..
How many cameras do you use? Do you bring backup equipment? We like to use 3 cameras for the ceremony and 2 cameras for the reception. We always bring back-up equipment!.
What type of camera(s) do you use? Why did you choose this equipment? Only professional 3ccd digital broadcast cameras are used....specifically... sony pd170 and canon xl2 cameras are used.
